Ah, where IS everone? I know it's a bit after 11; been busy here. Got a phone call from a friend, and have that Eagle Scout Court of Honor today. OTher half is out and about, cashing his check....
It is my "lazy" day. The weather is bad, too. Trying to read up on a few things pertaining to my new job role. Grand baby is sleeping and now I am on the computer for a little while.
How is the weather where everyone is? Stay dry and safe.
So far, it's warm, not too humid. Who knows what the rest of the week will bring. :p
Just finished dinner - a whole pork loin butterflyed around garlic, green chili and cilantro. Slow cooked over white oak and served with tortillas, rice and black beans ---yummy!!!!!!
