LTC nurses, where are you?
If you work in LTC, stop by and say hello. I will start back in LTC next week. I have gone to other areas of nursing but find I still love LTC second and ER is my first "love".
What is your role where you work.
Can this be a "sticky" for a while, thanks.

I might as well poke my beak in and be counted. I am sure we'll get some more LTC-er's.
Talk up the site with fellow nurses?!
Yes, indeed. It would be nice to get some conversation going.

How about someone who once worked in LTC? I need consistent work and can't find that in home health so I am considering going back to an LTC job if I could find one in my area.
Why of course, Cali. Your input will be [is] valuable. My hat is off to those who work home health. I only got a "taste" if you will, of what the nurses do in my clinical rotation.
"We" need wonderful nurses to be advocates, leaders, and make their careers in the nursing homes.
