Tuesday, June 29th, 2010 (Happy Birthday, RICU!)

Good morning, everyone; it's Tuesday, which means only a few more days till the 4th of July weekend. Anyone got plans? Not sure what we may do here. Heck, can see fireworks pretty much in a 360 here.

I'll see you all later, as I need to run out for a few things.

Happy Tuesday - Hubby got through his first day on his new job. But our olympic size inflatable pooll collapsed yesturday and we had water everywhere in the back yard - guess we won't have to water the lawn for a while. As for the forth we are usually pretty lazy though we may put up another pool and just hang out. Hope this week stays somewhat calm.

    Peace and Namaste

I was seriously thinking about a kid's wading pool at one time. Been a bit lazy about that, though. Where to put it? Nowadays, they sure ain't what they were when I was a kid.

Our was actually big enough for the adults to get into - holds about 8,000 gallons - we could keep a pet seal in there. It was up for two years with a filter attached - so it was fun. We will probably try to get another this weekend.

We do NOT need something that big! Our well would go dry. The kiddie pool would be just fine, thank you!

Had some things to do today, and ended up sitting around and waiting for over 2 hours. That's pretty much the norm anymore.

Hope your husband is enjoying his new job.

He seems to be liking it so far - he goes to get his security clearance tomorrow at JPL the lab where NASA does their thing. I pulled something in my back andit hurts like crazy. Gonna take a shower and kick back for a bit.

No, not any big plans other than eating some barbeque. I might have to be on call this weekend. How was your day and what are your plans for the 4th?

Glad to hear the day was uneventful on his first day.
