One doesn't hear much about traveling home care nurses. I could see doing it if the agency was a good one and I went to locations where I could take my own car. But new areas to learn about, not knowing the ins and outs of the community and where the bad places are. Not to mention the pay. I considered doing this one time, but I can't afford to stay put on the pay I get in home health as it is. I can't see traveling on what home health pays nurses. Sorry couldn't give you a positive outlook on the idea.
