It depends on what you are looking for a the cercumstances behind your losing your license. Most licenses lost as a result of drug and or alcohol addiction can be regained - when one acheive sobriety through a consistent effort of maintaining recovery.
If you want to work in healthcare - you will have to go through the long and painful process of monitored recovery - As one who has been through the process I can tell you that the end is worth the effort.
If you are unable or unwilling to do this process for whatever reason - you will have to consider a career outside healthcare.
