but what I found interesting is the MD's that replied and their comments.

Interesting. Moreover, RNs without being NP or CRNA, should have some form of reinbursement for the skills we do. Each country should adapt a plan to fit the bill for their own healthcare issues with consultation from many country. A fit all plan for all countries is not conducive;
