I am trying to oven-dry tomatoes. They will taste good in the winter, especially in sauce or on pizza.

Was up until two in the morning. Woke up three different times this morning depending upon the noise that was waking me up. Now I'm up for good but not moving around much. Another Monday with no work it seems. Got to get going with finding something else to fill in these slim times. I get tired just thinking about work. It is more trouble than it is worth it seems. Hey, folks. Had a bit of excitement here. Neighbour had their garage open, and some kids up another block took a portable phone that was in the garage. Cops were asking questions.... Of course, we live close to the 'pen'. I can deal without any more excitement for the night.
Have someone coming to look at our stove tomorrow: oven being a bit sluggish.
