Good morning, everyone. Hope you all are doing well---you all have been so quiet lately, I am worrying. Getting the kids ready for school? Maybe getting yourself ready for sschool?
I am planning on making another batch of breakfast bars. The other ones went pretty fast. They'd have been gone the day I made them, but 'someone' would have been hungry the rest of the week. They are fairly easy to make, and the ingredients can be varied. Now to remember to post the recipe!
I am going to go get some more coffee. If you all are hungry, or just have the munchies, let me know.
I just got back from the Dog Park. Dang dog went BOTH days this weekend, like usual. He was a certifiable 'mud puppy' yesterday.
My aunt is doing quite well, thanks. She is on a liquid diet, of course, but she is greatful she is finally (!) able to have coffee. Instant human! I got her a pair of funky socks to put on over the anti-embolism socks. I thought she'd enjoy walking down the hall in them.
We are about to get some type of storm. The wind is high and the sky is dark.

It has really cooled down here. Just got back from my folks, about 2 miles away or so, straight shot. However....roads kinda make it longer. I heard it's gonna get into the 60's tonight!?
