Wahooo! The weekend is here! It's gonna be a nuts one, too. At least my husband will be able to help out. We need the lawn mowing finished up, maybe fertilized, and we need other things done. Only thing we really need, other than money, is time......
So, what's going on with the rest of you guys? Or are things going as crazy with you?

Going anywhere for vacation?
Waiting to hear if I have to work this weekend. Don't care about working, but need the income, that is certain. Hope everyone has a nice weekend otherwise. :blah:
No pun intended, but thank God it is Friday! I plan on going to bed late and sleeping in tomorrow. Just want to watch Western movies and sleep. But, that will not be the case in totality.

Alas no real vacation for me - hubby was out of work most of the Summer so a trip was pretty much out of the question. Plus School for my eight year ols started last week. So it's a stay-cation for me, but I'll get to sleep in and clean my house and maybe go fishing a couple of mornings - I'm really hooked on Monster Fish and want to catch one of my own?
Mainly it's just a break from routine.

Bwaaaaaah! Finally got home. I am bushed, but can't go to bed yet, as I now need to bake something.
inTry cowboy upside-down cake! Granny smith applesdusted with cinnomen (sp) sugar laid in the bottom of a cake pan then basic (box ok) white cake poured over tthe top. follow baking instructions for the cake. It's great!
