Good morning, everyone---it's Saturday! Just an FYI, 'Da Boss', Aaron C. has a birthday tomorrow. Maybe we should leave him a few birthday greetings?! I just hope he's level enough to read them. You know how things can get if you're birthday falls on a weekend.
My husband and I gotta cruise on outta town for part of the morning, but I do hope you all have a great one. I am hoping to be by to see how you all are doing.
Well, I'm home for the time being. Chili is the special for dinner, and why not? We got up into the low 60's temperature-wise today. Husband was debating whether to use some steak along with the ground chuck, but decided against it.
Just to be curious: what all do you guys use in your chili?
BTW, where IS everybody? It's a bit quiet here lately......
The heat is getting to us over here in the west. I just open up a can of chili and call that a meal. My husband used to make homemade chili. I'm too lazy.
Well it's actually Sunday, I went out to do rounds yesterday and my trusty 20 year old truck overheated and died. Left me standing on the side of the road in over 100 degree's. My husband came to my rescue and it cost over $100.00 bucks for the tow - but that's life I guess.
The upside is I get to drive the new car for a few days
