The day has already started off pretty wild: Phone calls received, phone calls made (and getting busy signals on one call....)..... What can I expect?!

Geez! It's 7 o'clock already? Spent most of the REST of the day on the phone, then went running around, helping family do some things. I am ready to pass out.
