My wife is the nurse and I'm the gopher. I have been looking at recruiters and have found there is a big difference in companies. Since this is a thread of nurses who travel and have experienced companies then whose got the best pay and incentives. Any help would be much appreciated, We are currently in Fl and looking to go on the road at the end of season here, so like end of April beginning of May. Hoping to go to Colorado in the spring and come back east in the fall, then Fl for the winters

Pay can depend on the specialty. Avoid American Mobile and there sister companies, they are huge and you can get lost in the shuffle. You will get a gut feeling by talking w. recruiters and comparing $, benefits, etc. I think Cross Country has the most jobs, they have alot in Florida vs. Other companies. Just keep this in Mind as you will be going back to Fl.
