I'm trying to choose an agency, has anyone heard anything about Trinity?? I really like PPR so far, but i know they have lower pay. I've also heard Cross Country is good, but i don't get warm fuzzy feelings about my recruiter, and i know they are a really big company. I think I'll be choosing between PPR, Trinity and RN Network, any advise?
Thank you

I liked Rn Network, good company, easy to get ahold of your recruiter and pay is average but not terribly low.
If you like PPR then try an assignment. You can always switch companies later.

Trinity in Florence,SC? Great people to work with. Good pay rates, honest, no complaints. I worked for them for almost a year and will do so again without hesitation. PPR has a great reputation as well. Recruiter J. Ireland is a great guy, talked to him myself in recent months. Would work for them after talking with several of their current/previous employees. I work for Advantage RN and they are fantastic. Been with them for 5 years. Medical Solutions is another company I would work for, recruiter Charity. Cross Country and American Mobile pay very poorly. They count on their name and advertisements bringing in the newer nurses that don't know better. I worked in Alaska and a CC nurse was bringing home half of what other travelers were making. Shop around and compare for yourself. You will be very surprised to see the disparity in wages between the various travel nurse companies.
