Long bad day - Where's Dr House when you need him? I've got this guy with the craziest labs and he's obviously in pain - but he DD and only speaks tagalog so as far as I'm concerned he's non-verbal - well we are going to the internal medicine doc Thursday.
My own malady continues - the best my doc can come up with is abdominal migrain with cyclical vomiting - but there's no treatment per se except for a bunch of drugs it's best I stay away from. You think someone who vomits as often as I do would be skinnier.

Why am I getting vibes as to possible bowel obstruction or kinked intestines? Not sure why, but......
What with me or my client? I've had a bunch of abdominal probs since I was a kid - I might have some adhesions. I know the horses on the farm used to get kinked and it usually ment a dead horse.
I don't know I've been scoped to to bottom and I am most assuredly not pregnant but I vomit a lot. probably at least once a day for the past year. The migraine meds work pretty good but they make my head squirrely which isn't good......

Your client may have the bowel problems.
With you, did you ever rule out allergies to food dyes, etc.?
Cat may be right. My husband would go off on a modified ADHD 'twitch fest' with certain dyes right now. His mom swore by the Feingold Diet (though others think it's hog wash.) Trust me, it works!
Has the MD ruled out any gluten intolerance?
