    Stealing time, just asking

I work for a correcitons contract. One of the nurses has been stealing time since I was hired. The issue was brought to the attention of her manager, the manager's manager, and corperate offices. But she remains employed. Is there a federal law against this. We even had proof.

If medicare or medicaid were paying for her salary, there would be fraud involved, or if a private insurance company were providing the reimbursement. Nurses in home care commit insurance fraud by falsifying their time sheets all the time. Sounds as if her employer is fine with her fraudulent behavior, because this is fraud with her employer being the victim.
