I am doing well, as well as I can with the kids home for the week (with no school the entire week...who's bright idea was that?) Screwing around on the computer instead of doing homework.
I was two when he died. I know that my parents were glued to the TV. So sad.
I am sure the kids are in school through tomorrow, then off till Monday. Still, I know they ain't spending as much time in school as we did.
Plans got derailed again. Have to put off stuff---as usual. This is getting tedious, I tell ya.

MY kids got the whole week off!
Hey, all. I finally made it. Just got back from a club meeting---and I saw a HS classmate of mine who I hadn't seen in about 20 years! Of course, she's living in WI at the present, but she was down to deal with some family business. It was great to see her.
Regarding schools---I swear the kids in my school district barely attend. The kids in my old neighbourhood get home at LEAST an hour earlier than when I went, and leave for school later. WTH?! Everyone attended today, whether it was grade school or HS. Heck, I live right near a bus stop, fer crying out loud.
