I don't have a problem with them doing that. We don't own the rights to discussion about nurses in recovery and if someone can get help there, then I am happy that they will have found a place where they can go to get the support they need.

Just my .02 on that part.

Yeah, I was refering to 'them'. The big thing is that AN's owner believes HIS site is 'the only one', and that we are infringing on 'his' territory. He'd be having fits and threatening all sorts of hell if 'we' were to 'copy' from him, as he thinks he 'owns' the rights to coming up with nursing Forums.

Honestly, our Forum is much better.

...and to add my two cents (or so), there is absolutely NO venue to disagree with them or appeal a decision that you don't understand.

I tried to comment on one of his You Tubes (and by "he" I mean the guy who started AN) and discovered that my comment was blocked...SPECIFICALLY blocked.

And all I asked was..."How many of those members you list are actually banned but still hanging on your list in order to boost your numbers...Your response Brian...?"

I know that they inflate their numbers. I for one still get their e-magazine...like I am gonna read it!

I paid 25 bucks to join the level of "LinkedIn" where you can message anyone you want...seriously I thought there must have been a mistake in banning me...and that the leader of this giant blog would listen to my tale of woe...but after my 25 bucks was gone the reply was, "Brian Short does not accept private messages." I wonder why that is? I wonder who he doesn't want to hear from?



And the reason I was banned?...I still don't freaking know!
