The dragon is still laying in wait - we waited all day for her today and she never showed up - It's such unprofessional behavior. I guess you have to be a govt official to get away with it. One more day and it's somebody elses problem for the weekend anyway......

From what I understand, there could have been something else that could have required her attention: a serious complaint, etc. It IS a possibility.
