I'm a nearly 30 year old new male nurse in the Pacific Northwest. I do LTC, home care and I have done some peds work.

I am working (very slowly) toward doing the MH RNP thing.

Nice to meet you, Ben! I understand the working slowly toward your goals---been there, done that myself.

LTC can be a challenge, can't it? then again, Home Health can be the same. When you can, share some of your 'tricks of the trade' with us. I am sure we can all learn from each other.
