Under the table job on resume

I need some advice I hope you guys help me out.
I'm a new grad RN & I'm on the job hunt right now. i worked in an agency for almost 6 months as a home health aide. my patients pay me directly with paychecks every last day of my work. So i was thinking should i include this job on my resume?...

If this is the only healthcare experience that you have, then list it. List the agency as your employer. Don't be concerned with "under the table". That is not something that you indicate on a resume.
