It may be morning, but I am so ready to head back and hibernate. Looks like it's gonna be one of those days.

I agree with you Cougar - I could not sleep last night and just when I started to get a couple of winks at about 3 am my man cub started wheezing with asthma/allergies and so I got up to give him a breathing treatment. We have Cub Scout Pinewood Derby today and our pack is hosting so no rest for mommy today. My son is very proud of his car which he carved from a block of wood with his cub scout pocket knife. Too bad some of the parents purchased their son's cars from professional builders! Kinda takes the spirit out of it! But the little blue car that could just might win over the flashier models.

Native and I hope he did well. I agree with your statement on 'professionally built' cars. The KID is supposed to be doing the work, fercryingoutloud!

Just got back from b-day party--mother of one of Native's Scouts. Buuuuurp!

Ok - So the man cub took third place in his den heat - and that was against the professionally made car - so we are proud and happy. He also demonstarted good sportsmanship. He did say that next year he would start carving his car sooner.
