I started doing mixed martial arts about a month ago - so when I'm really angry and stressed - I go beat the sh&T out of the heavy bag!

Golf is primary
Pedicures are nice also, and my toenails are looking so nice
Tattoos make me happy also
Kendo and sword fighting is good also
Massages are good, loosen me up and make me happy

Years ago I started weightlifting and cardio for the purpose of smoking cessation and weight loss and was able to meet and exceed those goals. Today physical benefits are obvious and I continue for the stress relief. I also like music and prayer/meditation.
