    Nurses becoming Digitally Advanced

Nurses are similar to physicians in terms of the amount of time they spend using the Internet per week, and once online, nurses are comparatively a digitally savvy group. The majority of online nurses uses social media sources, downloads audio files, and watches video online.

The only people 'allowed' to use the Internet at work are 'the powers that be'. They tend to be on Facebook the majority of time; so much for 'planned activities', which fall more on the nurses and RA's.

I tend to stay on a dedicated computer, not a so called 'smart-phone'. Phones are for talking, in case we've forgotten. I can't see paying out well earned money on that sort of stuff. More important things to worry about.
