Hope you all have a great day! Of course, let's all remember why we have the Holiday, too.

Heading out of town for a while this afternoon; should be fun. Undecided on when we'll cook out, IF we do. Guess it depends on weather.

Just another weekend for me but at least I don't have to work until Monday. Ever since I changed my schedule, I have found I enjoy having the weekend off. Waiting for the mailman to bring me my paycheck so I can pay some bills. Oh Joy!

The reason for the holiday

Speaking of the reason - WE just Laid FIL - a docorated WW2 vet - was medical corpsman at In Japan - to rest yesterday at Riverside National Cemetery - I had never been to a military funeral before. It was very impressive. THanks again to all Vets for your service.
