I know; I'm up early.

Hope you all have a great day. If the weather forecast is correct, we're going to have a heatwave the next few days. 2nd year of barely any spring to insstant Summer.

Cali, take care of yourself, ok? Did the doctor recommend a certain diet, too?

Hey Ya'll,

For once I'm feeling pretty good. No nausea and vomiting for Three whole days in a row. I lost 2 punds and my blood pressure is normalizing without meds - At work today - I should have all the data recovery done today if I just work through it. See you all tomorrow.

Cali - when did you have your Choley - I had one in 2002 - and it took a while - I had to go on a very low fat diet and cut back on the spices. I found taking a prilosec daily really helped and drinking lots of water and green tea. Though I get to eat just about anything I like these days thank God.

I had no problems with high cholesterol before/after I had my GB yanked. I ate alot of grits with 2 % milk (1% and skim just doesn't cut it with me). Broth worked, too.

Only problem I had was it felt like my liver took a few turns around the OR, and my diaphragm was used as a trampoline.
