I too am up and working in my kitchen - making red white an d blue cheesecake and a pasta salad as well - just debating on which pasta to make. My husband likes the old fashioned kind with mayonaise but I like the Tuscan with olive oil vinegrette..........Decisions, decisions, decisions. Oh and we have short ribs for the BBQ - and chicken tomorrow.
As soon as the cheesecake comes out of the oven I have to tackle washing the dog.

We behaved; margaritas turned out good. Used a med. measuring cup to pour in Jose.
I use a non-name brand Italian dressing for pasta salad. Sometimes marinate the veggies that are going into said salad. Day went well.
May help stain the porch tomorrow, weather permitting.
I am awake, and getting ready for the day. The grill will be put to use, and I gotta make the pasta salad soon.
