What is the best thing a patient has ever said to you?

A few weeks ago I got a card at work. This guy was a transfer from another hospital and arrived pretty sick but recovered quickly. In essence he wrote, "I don't know how I would've gotten through it all without your help" and then he signed it, "Thanks. I love you, brother"

It must have felt great to have somebody express their gratitude in such a way.
