why not anyone like to post?

I think this web is good for nurses but why anyone not like to post or share anything.How to do?

There have been a lot of problems with the site lately - it has become very difficult to log on and at times almost impossible to post -

I think the problem is being worked on but I don't get any response to my e-mails to the site owner .
