Wonderful weather, triple digit heat again today. I love the heat. Makes my nice sore old muscles feel so good. I see a Barbecue for later today. I havent decided on the menu yet but I am sure I will love it.I do have some very nice elk staeks in my freezer, that and a salad and some grilled Texas Toast with some unsweetened Peach Tea would be nice.
