What is that one thing you wish it wasn't part of nursing duties?
My duties are a little different than those of a floor nurse - I essentially act as a nurse but also as a case manager, consultant, and have to face the hordes of regulators and inspectors that can cross our doors at any time. I guess if I could take one thing off my plate it would be that
The thing I would remove from my job is all of the legalistic CYA activity around medical care delivery.
