Hello!!

Hey guys, my name is Kelsey, and i am going to be a Pre-Nursing major in early October. I just have to wait to attend a seminar first..weird, i know. Anyway, from what i've researched, i really want to either be a Psychiatic Nurse Practitioner or a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner. Can anyone here give me an idea of what their days are usually like? And please, someone tell me what exactly is the difference between a Psychiatrist and a Psychiatic NP. Obviously, one has an MD and the other has a Masters, but aside from that, what really are the differences in the work place? That may sound like a silly question, but i seriously cannot find the differences!
