Do I call myself a New Grad? I graduated in December 2010, which feels ages ago! I found a doctor who would train me in Medical Aesthetics... can you believe it? Well, my pay is terrrible and I cannot wait to get into the hospital! After building my resume with some quality "add-ons", I hope to be more attractive to the Winter 2011/2012 employers. I actually got all my jobs by putting on a skirt and cold calling hospital unit managers. I did some checking to see when they were likely to be in and dropped by. When I filled out an application I dropped it in the unit managers box rather than human resources. Just something to try................
