Running in circles, answering phones/taking orders, TRYING to implement said orders........ Very little time on patient care.
orders are simple, If it isnt in a code. Then write the order. If it is not written it will not get done. I do not have the time to write verbal orders, VooDoo Verbal Orders. Maybe if I like you I will write a verbal order. I like very few MDs
I spend more time giving meds and charting than anything else.
