Nursing is doing the hard part of caring for another. The stuff nobody else wants to do.

Nursing is just a short walk from the golf course. Nurse to golf, golf to nurse Beer cart girls in between

    Hi
Nurses are angels. Nursing is a noble profession and the nurses are the back bone of the health care system. Nurses are always there to care for you while you wake and while you sleep.

Nursing is the science and art of applying evidenced based knowledge and care plans to aid patients and their loved one's in health maintenance and recovery from illness.

That being said - Nurses are also human beings. We come in all shapes, sizes, cultural and religious backgrounds and socioeconomic backgrounds. We are not angels and we are not perfect. Sometimes we are far from perfect as I know only too well from my own personal history.

Still I find nursing to be fulfilling when I am allowed to be a nurse and not what healthcare reform expects us to be.

    Peace and Namaste
