I did a few assignments years ago, liked them, they have alot of jobs, pay is lower tho.
I traveled with Cross Country from 2004-2006 and they took really good care of me. Like Kdog mentioned, the pay is lower unless you head for the really big cities. I traveled to small community hospitals and when I hired on at my last one I took about a $4-5/hr pay cut from what I was making with Cross Country.
