Whitney Houston, the iconic American singer whose battles with drugs, alcohol and ex-husband Bobby Brown marred her star power, has died. She was 48.
Houston's publicist confirmed the singer's death to ABC News. The cause of death is not yet known.
Of course, we don't know for certain that her addiction problems had anything to do with it......
The story I read in this morning's paper said she showed up at a pre-Grammy party. She was disheveled, sweating, talking erratically and smelled of alcohol and cigarettes. So it is apparent that drugs or alcohol had something to do with her death.
Sigh………………….”There but for the grace of God……….”
