I am (fingers and toes crossed) hopefully a CNA now. I took my knowledge and skills state test Wednesday. I am actually scared to death that I didn't pass, but maybe that's just nerves? Hope so. I am 33 years old (going on 34 next week) and just finished my classes. I have only worked in long-term care facilities, but I absolutely love it. Those I have worked for have been so nice and nothing but helpful. Hopefully that will continue. I plan on working as a CNA to get myself through nursing school to get an RN degree, although I don't know how exactly what will turn out. Great would be nice, but ya never know. I joined here because I wanted a chance to talk to some people who have actually experienced what I have, or will for that matter. I look forward to talking with you all (and my new job!!!).
