Every where I go (I.E. nursing homes, hospitals and hospice) wants experience at least 6 months and I have no experience and its like they want even give me a try. I only have experience in retail and thats what I put on my application and when someone call me for a phone interview they ask how much do I expect to make and I say $10 hr and they never call back! any advice on how to find a job and get paid reasonable?
