I am new to this forum and I just have a couple of questions. I just graduated from nursing school, took and passed my nclex and I am having trouble finding work. I am located in Las Vegas, I have done some research and I have found that this is a common problem now and it is happening all over the country, Is anyone else going through this and what kind of advice can you guys give me. I agree that difficulty finding a job is very much common among new nurses, but there are still a lot of them who manages to find a job, so it will not be impossible for you find one too. Just be persistent, don’t give up easily…and be willing to face a lot of rejections as these really are possibilities. Good luck to you!
