Are there any other new grads in Las Vegas right now trying to get hired, whats the work outlook like and what are you guys trying to do to get hired. I heard it almost impossible to get hired her as a new grad whats your guy's experiance thanks
You may have to consider moving to an area where there is a new grad program.. a few that I am aware of are Vermont, New Hampshire, Florida.... I've met a few RN's who did just that and then plan to return to their home state after a year or 2... they will then be considered experienced.
