Hello all. My family and I would like to relocate to probably north eastern florida from IL. I know there is a pay rate difference just wonder what it might be. For example new grads at my hospital make $26.50. Also any other suggestions or advice would be much appreciated. Also if anyone lives in that area what school dist should I look for or avoid.
