I am a super brand spanking new nurse at Kent General Hospital in Dover. I have had only 4 days on the floor experience thus far and so obviously I am in my orientation phase. I work on their intermediate care unit...love it! So far I'm only caring for 2 people per shift, but still I'm happy and my preceptor michelle is awesome! So yeah, just excited to be amongst fellow nurses.
