i just want to ask a basic question from all of you What anxiety medication do you take and how did you first know you needed medication?

I take no anxiety medication however, when dosing my patients, I first evaluate their general demeanor. What is the history? Do they seem anxious? Are they guarded? What do they report? What are the vital signs? Is there insomnia?
