Anybody use Meditech now or in the past? Thoughts, suggestions, shortcuts, etc. would be much appreciated.

Meditech Charting?
I currently use Meditech and find it to be a little antiquated. I'm not sure what recommendations or short-cuts I can make except to not have very high expectations in terms of system performance. It's slow.
