1.) Get enough sleep.
2.) Try not to take everything too seriously. This is one of my problems.

hi guys, i just would like to start a topic where we can learn or we will be reminded about how to stay healthy as nurses. nurses take care of patients so it would be great to stay away from sickness to maintain our jobs of taking care of other people.

Adequate sleep is paramount followed by optimal nutrition. A healthy sense of humor is essential for daily living and for me, pursuing a fitness program is very important but, I have to recommend it for all health care professionals.

yes a fitness program will really help especially the cardio exercises
not joining politics in the workplace could be a healthy tip hehe
wear comfortable shoes with soft insoles. this will reduce stress

Yoga. Doing yoga has been proven to lead to a healthier lifestyle. When I do it I feel great.
