    enforcement department for non-disclosure

    I recently went into enforcement review for non-disclosure of an arrest when i was a minor. can someone tell me what happened and how did it turn out. what happened at the 4-6 month mark? if it took longer, why? what did they ask for? were there any stipulations? pls help im very nervous

    I thought arrest records on minors were sealed! I thnk how enforcement goes depends largely on what the offense was and what have you done since that time. Most Diversion and probation contracts place your practice under strict monitoring for 3 to 5 years .

    I thought records were sealed, too. And if you went through nursing school, wouldn't they have yold you?

    Will have to ask a friend of mine about this one.

    OK, from my 'source':

    It depends on the offense and how it was pleaded. Some things are open when the minor reaches majority others remain sealed. There are procedures for having a record expunged.
