I need to interview a RN for a class. Is anyone willing to answer these questions?

    1. Describe your job. What is a typical day like?

    2. How long have you been working in this field?

    3. Why did you choose this job?

    4. What are the minimum educational requirements for entry?

    5. What annual competencies do you have to maintain?

    6. How long have you been in your current job?

    7. What do you like most about your job?

    8. What influences you to stay in this job?

    9. How are the working conditions (environment, staff, and management support)?

    10. What do you like least about your job?

    11. If you could change one thing about your job, what would it be?

    12. Do you feel there is an adequate staff to complete your job?
