A safe place to report safety problems

I know that many nurses work at hospitals with honest transparency and accountability programs in place. Here is a site for those who are still not confident about speaking up through channels about dangerous patient safety situations such as short-staffing, and patient ratios: HospitalSafetyReviews.com
I invite you to join in an effort to help make hospitals safer places for patients.
    Thanks

Thank you so very much for the website. I work as a nurse and an activity aide at an assisted living facility. It is always good to have a safe place to report safety problems. I believe that at my facility, we have a designated room to do that and I believe that it is on the fifth floor.
