    anyone get reinstated??

    Am a previous RN from AZ, lost , gave up my liscense over 10yrs ago for taking drugs at work. Does anyone know how I can get this back?

    In NY we have a program called the professional assistancew program (PAP) they helped me get my license back with stipulations and close monitering including urine screenings. You may have somethiing like this in AZ. if you have trouble call the PAP in NY and maybe they can help you. Good luck.
