im a paramedic of 5 yrs going for my RN thru the medic to RN fast track here in the orlando area. b4 civilian life i was an army medic for 20 yrs. ive worked in immunization clinics; pediatric clinics; urgent care; ER; Surgery clinic; urology; ob/gyn; field medicine; remote care; and of course EMS.

Hi Badphish
I live in Florida's Space Coast. I am planning the same career path. I am not a paramedic yet. I am about 4 weeks away from finishing my EMT course. After certified, I hope to get Firefighter job with a department in the Central Florida.
After getting my paramedic, I want to go into paramedic transition to RN program. I have some questions.
1) Which area schools I should consider? (I am aware that admissions process is competitive)
2) I already have a bachelor's degree in another field, can you estimate how much less schooling I need to earn a ASN and BSN?
I do need to know out some prequesites like Anatomy and Physiology, etc.

Well, I am trying to get into a paramedic then take the fast track RN program, I cant get financial aid, does any one know the estimated cost per semester. I was coated $3180 per semester
